Welcome to the Reminders App ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web portal and the Reminders Watch companion app (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information – When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Children & family data – Information you enter about children and family members to create routines and neurodivergent strategy plans.
• Usage data – Basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the Service.
• Device data – When using the Watch app, the app identifier and pairing tokens are stored to link your wearable device to your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To personalise content and routines for the children in your family.
• To communicate with you about your account or important service updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Service providers – Cloudflare (hosting & database), Google (authentication), and other infrastructure providers, each bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.
• Legal requirements – If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service is designed to be used by parents and caregivers to manage information about neurodivergent children. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to create their own accounts. All child-related data is entered and managed by the responsible adult account holder.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app:

• Family owners – go to Family Members in the app and use the Delete Family & Account option. This removes all family data, children, watch data, and your account.
• Other members – go to Family Members in the app and use the Leave Family & Delete Account option.

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us at the address below. We will process requests within 30 days.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability.
